Easy Returns for US Customers

At DeepDive Wellness, your complete satisfaction with every purchase is our commitment. If you find yourself less than 100% satisfied, rest assured, we're here to make things right.

Product Arrived Damaged? We've Got Your Back

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please report the issue within 24 to 48 hours from the time of delivery. We are dedicated to swiftly resolving this issue by arranging a replacement at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.

Easy Return and Refund

Within 30 Days:

Chiller Returns:

If our chiller product doesn't meet your expectations, here's our return process:

  • For unopened chillers within the first 30 days, we offer free returns, and you will receive a full refund.
  • For opened chillers within the 30-day window, you can return the chiller for a refund, with the customer responsible only for the shipping fee. We kindly ask that you clean and wipe the chiller to ensure it is in good condition before returning.

Bath Returns:

  • For unopened bath products within the first 30 days, we offer free returns, and you will receive a full refund.
  • For bath products, once they are opened, they are not eligible for returns.

Portable Home Sauna Returns:

  • Within the first 7 days, customers can enjoy a risk-free trial and can return the portable home sauna for free if they change their mind.
  • For unopened Saunas within the first 30 days, we offer free returns, and you will receive a full refund.
  • After the initial 7 days but still within the 30-day window, customers can return the portable home sauna for a refund, but are responsible for the shipping fee. The sauna must be in original packaging and in good condition to be eligible for return.

After 30 Days:

Our return policy is applicable for the first 30 days only.

Note Regarding Accessories and Wears

Accessories and wears, unfortunately, aren't eligible for returns. If these items arrive damaged, please reach out to us at support@deepdivewellness.com for prompt assistance.

Unauthorized Modifications and Returns

Any unauthorized modifications to our products render them ineligible for returns and warranties.

Attention International Customers

Regretfully, international customers outside the US aren't eligible for return services.

Streamlined Return Procedure for US Customers

Making a return is as easy as 1-2-3:

  1. Within 30 days of your order date, get in touch with us at support@deepdivewellness.com to request a return shipping label.
  2. Expect the return shipping label within 2–5 days after contacting us.
  3. Once your returned product reaches us, we'll meticulously inspect it. Upon approval, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The original payment method will be credited.

Cancellation Guidelines

You have the liberty to cancel your order anytime before it enters the “Shipped” stage. Once this stage is reached, canceling the entire order becomes impossible. Regrettably, item-specific cancellations aren't feasible. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@deepdivewellness.com. For successful cancellations, you'll receive an email confirmation. If an order has moved past the “Shipped” stage, fret not – you can still return it, provided it adheres to our Return Policy criteria.
